Geoff had excellent taste. The plaque is moving and the view is good. Docked one point because the slats retain water and I did not notice until it was too late.

A bench in the legal sense only. Stainless steel, sloped to discourage exactly what it is for. I sat on it out of spite for eleven minutes. Would not return.

Quiet, as you would hope. Wonderful in autumn. The company is agreeable and does not interrupt. Half a point off for the conkers, which are a hazard from above.
